We hope to replace it with a faster, less demanding fold-recognition method in the near future. thanks for everything leszek, and thanks of course to all the fold-recognition servers that provide input to 3D-Jury [in our case meaning mGenTHREADER, FUGUE2, 3D-PSSM (but use PHYRE now instead), INUB/INBGU, FFAS03, BASIC, ORFeus, and SAM-T02 (although we didn't want to burden SAM)].
